THE PROCESS

Step 1: Concrete Preparation

The key to a perfect coating job starts with concrete preparation. Our team patches any cracks or holes and grinds down the entire floor to a smooth and level surface. We remove any debris to ensure the coating adheres correctly.

Step 3: Base Coat

We apply the base coat in the color of your choice, ensuring it evenly covers the entire floor surface. Our meticulous process guarantees a smooth, level finish, meticulously checking for any bubbles or missed spots.

Step 5: Clear Coat Application

The pivotal step in the process. It imparts a brilliant shine to the surface and acts as a shield, safeguarding the base coat against sun damage and the elements. Further, it simplifies surface cleaning and ensures the coating's longevity, promising years of durability.

Step 2: Final Inspection

Our inspection process is the final step before coating. We carefully inspect the surface for any dust or debris that can hinder the coating process. By removing any remnants, we ensure that the coating will adhere properly.

Step 4: Flake Addition

While this process isn't mandatory, we highly recommend it. We offer flakes in various color patterns, which not only add a beautiful aesthetic to your floors but enhances slip resistance, providing both style and practicality.

Step 6: Drying Time

Once all is said and done, patience is key. You'll need to wait a minimum of 72 hours for the coating to dry completely and achieve a full seal. This waiting period ensures the longevity and effectiveness of the coating, allowing it to set properly before use.
